Max has a unique approach to talent solutions based around finding the right cultural fit, with a hands-on and tenacious style. Max has made senior placements in private capital across some of the worlds leading funds as well as brokering M&A platform acquisitions.

Eash is a Chartered Management Accountant and joined Fredriks at its inception in 2016, leading operations, with focus is on operational excellence, scalability, and supporting the firm’s continued growth across global markets.

Sophie is a Partner and Head of APAC, based in Singapore, where she leads Fredriks’ regional Private Equity and broader Private Capital practice. With over 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific, she spent seven years in Australia before relocating to Singapore 13 years ago.
Sophie specialises in advising private equity firms, private credit managers, sovereign wealth funds and alternative asset managers on senior leadership and strategic growth hires, drawing on deep market knowledge and an extensive network across the region.

Alex has experience within all facets of financial strategy and management, in both SMEs and large corporate businesses. He has a strong background in finance leadership roles at Vice Media and Mary Katrantzou, as well as running the business advisory team at Baker Tilly.

Pierre is a former turnaround CEO with a track record of driving growth and transformation. He led the turnaround at Polaroid, growing it into a global business generating more than $400 million in revenue within five years.
As Chief Growth Officer at Fredriks, he leads the firm’s growth strategy and international expansion, helping build a leading executive search business serving clients across private markets and high-growth sectors.

André has been in executive search for nearly 20 years, 10 years in Asia, evolving across markets along with his clients. The key to André’s approach is to form long-lasting relationships and deliver great service. Whilst Andre has experience across several sectors, his most recent campaigns have been in Credit, Infrastructure and Distribution for some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Ellie is an Executive Director and part of the Global Business Development team at Fredriks, based in the London office. She began her search career across Private Markets at Dore Partnership and has a track record globally spanning Private Capital, focused across Private Equity, Credit, Hybrid Capital, Value Creation and Fundraising. Ellie holds a Bachelor in Philosophy from the University of Exeter.

Raj is the EMEA Regional Lead, based in the London office. He is responsible for executive search and advisory across the private capital markets in EMEA, with a focus on senior investment, distribution, and corporate functions roles across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies.

Prior to joining Fredriks, Raj spent over three years as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he advised boards, C-suite executives, and investment teams across private capital, investment management, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and pension funds. Before this, he was a Consultant at The Omerta Group for nearly six years, executing senior searches for investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds globally. Raj began his career in executive search at The Mulsanne Partnership.

Raj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Lancaster University.

Preston has spent the past seven years specialising in executive search across financial services. Before joining Fredriks in 2025, he spent more than five years at Jamesbeck in New York, focusing on investment management mandates. He works with clients across private capital, covering structured equity, private and alternative credit, asset-backed finance, and investor relations.

Henry joined Fredriks’ New York office after spending 10 years across Korn Ferry and BraddockMatthewsBarrett as a consultant. He has held a core focus on Alternative Asset Management throughout this period with an emphasis on capital formation and investment hiring. Henry has partnered with megafunds and mid-market firms across the US and on global projects.

Kavi has been in working in Executive Search within the APAC Alternative’s sector for the past 9 years. Kavi has partnered with a number of US Megafunds over the years to build their APAC teams with a core focus on private credit, hybrid solutions, and real assets.

Alfie co-leads our Global Capital Formation and Distribution practice. His primary focus is on institutional and wealth channels, covering searches across both sales and product functions. Prior to joining Fredriks, he began his career in London with a UK-based financial services executive search firm before relocating to Hong Kong in 2022.

Emma has spent over four years in insurance-focused executive search, beginning her career at Eliot Partnership. She covered senior mandates across global (re)insurers, specialty carriers, MGAs, brokers, and high-growth platforms.
Since joining Fredriks in 2025, Emma continues to focus on the insurance ecosystem while expanding her work into private capital markets.

Arnold has an established track record in partnering with global and regional buy side firms, delivering strategic, insight driven solutions that align with client needs and evolving market dynamics. Having lived and studied across Singapore, China, and the United Kingdom, he brings a globally informed perspective and strong cross cultural fluency to his work. His international background and exposure to diverse business environments enable him to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates across geographies, helping bridge markets, cultures, and perspectives within the global private capital ecosystem.

Isabel specialises in executive search across Private Markets – spanning Private Credit, Private Equity, and Real Assets – with a focus on the APAC region. She began her executive search career in Singapore with a UK-based financial services search firm around five years ago, where she developed expertise in the same coverage areas. Isabel is known for her client-centric approach and a strong track record of placing junior to mid-level investment professionals in a highly competitive hiring market.

David has over five years experience in private capital executive search, covering senior investment and capital formation mandates across Private Equity, Credit, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Prior to joining Fredriks, David was a member of the Financial Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles.

Dani has spent her career in executive search within the financial services sector. She joined Fredriks in 2026 from Christoph Zeiss Partners where she covered senior mandates across alternatives and corporate and investment banking. Within alternatives, Dani has supported clients across direct lending, restructuring, secondaries, product specialists, and structured equity globally.
