Paul is responsible for the systems and data infrastructure that support how Fredriks identifies, assesses, and tracks talent in private capital markets.
Paul brings deep experience in product and engineering leadership, including nine years at VICE Media, where he rose to VP Product & Engineering globally, overseeing product, design, engineering, and DevOps across multiple international brands. He has consistently focused on identifying where technology can create real leverage and building the systems required to deliver it. At Fredriks, that focus is on AI-powered business intelligence: infrastructure that surfaces relevant information to the right people at the right time.
As CTO, Paul leads the development of Fredriks’ data and intelligence infrastructure.
