Emma specialises in partnering with private capital and insurance organisations on strategic hiring mandates, helping clients identify and attract exceptional talent across investment, fundraising, and leadership functions.

Emma advises private equity firms, private credit managers, alternative asset managers, insurers, and insurance-backed investment platforms on senior and growth-oriented hires. She began her executive search career at Eliot Partnership, where she spent over four years focused on the insurance sector, delivering mandates across global (re)insurers, specialty carriers, MGAs, brokers, and high-growth platforms. That experience has given her a distinctive perspective at the intersection of insurance and private markets.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys film photography, skiing, and exploring the history and architecture of New York City.
Emma holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science from Florida Gulf Coast University.
