Henry partners with private capital and alternative asset management firms on their most senior hiring mandates, across investments, distribution, capital formation, and executive leadership.

With over a decade of executive search and talent advisory experience across private markets, Henry has advised a broad client base spanning private equity, private debt, hybrid capital, growth equity, and real assets. His work also extends to the LP community, advising family offices, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and other asset owners on senior talent strategy.

Prior to Fredriks, Henry worked at BraddockMatthewsBarrett (formerly David Barrett Partners), a specialist executive search firm focused on alternative asset management. Earlier, he spent five years at Korn Ferry as a member of the firm’s Private Markets practice and held a seat on the firm’s Junior Operating Committee.

Henry was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and spent much of his childhood in the Philippines before relocating to the United States. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and miniature dachshund, Zipper.
Henry holds a BS in Business Management from Babson College, where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team.
