Sophie is a Partner and Head of APAC at Fredriks, based in Singapore, where she leads the firm’s regional private equity and broader private capital practice. She advises private equity firms, private credit managers, sovereign wealth funds, and alternative asset managers on senior investment, capital formation, operating partner, and business leadership appointments across Asia Pacific.

Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Sophie has developed deep relationships across the region’s investment banking and private capital ecosystem and is recognised for her extensive network and market knowledge. Having spent seven years in Australia before relocating to Singapore more than a decade ago, she brings a genuinely regional perspective shaped by advising clients and candidates across Asia Pacific’s leading investment markets.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travel, sport, and discovering new cultures and experiences across a region she has called home for almost two decades.
