Hailey works closely with clients and consultants to deliver executive search engagements from launch through completion. She specialises in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and search process management, helping ensure engagements progress efficiently and successfully.

Drawing on a background across law, government, executive search, and operations, Hailey brings a practical, multidisciplinary perspective to each mandate.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cities, and spending time in the Hudson Valley with her Labrador.
Hailey holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and a BS in Social Sciences from Marist University.
