David partners with private capital firms to identify and secure high-calibre talent, with a particular emphasis on aligning leadership capabilities with each client’s culture and long-term strategic objectives. He focuses on senior investment and capital formation mandates across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate, with a particular specialism in real estate private equity.
David brings five years of executive search experience to Fredriks. He began his career at Segalen+Associates, where he specialised in senior private capital mandates across Continental Europe, before joining Heidrick & Struggles’ Financial Services Practice, covering real estate private equity mandates at senior level.
Away from the office, David is a keen padel player and a former national champion high diver.
David holds a BA in Political Economy and an MSc in International Marketing, both from the University of Birmingham.
