Dani helps private capital and alternatives firms hire the senior talent that defines their next chapter, from investment leadership to specialist and product roles.

Dani partners with clients across the alternatives landscape: private credit and direct lending, hybrid capital, restructuring, secondaries, and product specialist mandates, on a global basis with a focus on senior mandates. Prior to Fredriks, she was at Christoph Zeiss Partners, where she covered senior mandates across alternatives and corporate and investment banking.

Outside work, Dani is a lifelong squash player and can usually be found trying a new restaurant in NYC or walking her dog in the park.

Dani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Decision Sciences from Brown University.
