Raj partners with leading private capital firms across EMEA on senior hiring mandates, covering investment, capital formation, and corporate function roles across private credit, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate.

Prior to Fredriks, Raj was a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, advising boards, C-suite executives, and investment and capital formation teams across private capital, investment management, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and pension funds. Before that, he was a Consultant at The Omerta Group, executing senior searches across investment banks, private capital firms, and hedge funds globally. Raj began his career in executive search at The Mulsanne Partnership.

Raj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Lancaster University.
