Isabel partners with Private Capital firms across the APAC region to identify and place top-tier investment professionals, driving origination and execution of investment opportunities for the firm and their investors. At Fredriks, she specialises in executive search across private equity/venture capital, credit, hybrid capital/structured capital, and indirect investing; working with a broad range of clients from established global managers to emerging regional platforms.

Isabel began her recruitment career at a UK-headquartered financial services recruitment firm, where she built her practice in Investment Management search before being appointed Strategic Account Manager for some of the firm’s largest regional clients. That blend of search execution and senior client advisory work gives her a well-rounded perspective on both talent and the strategic priorities shaping hiring decisions in private capital.
Isabel holds a Bachelor of Music (Performance Major) from the University of Melbourne.
