With nine years of experience in executive search across the alternatives sector in APAC, Kavi has built strong relationships with a number of the world’s leading US megafunds, helping them build and strengthen their regional teams. He works across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and India, and brings a genuinely regional perspective shaped by years of working across these distinct markets. Kavi brings cross-cultural fluency and an understanding of how global platforms think about talent in Asia.
Outside work, Kavi is a father, avid surfer and a committed Hyrox competitor..
Kavi holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies, First Class, from the University of Portsmouth, with an exchange year at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies, Japan.
